Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

To make a return / exchange of a product, please email contact@offmood.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps. Within your email include your order number and delivery address and reason for wanting to return. Allow up to 72 hours for us to respond.

For returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If you have received a faulty item or if you have received the wrong size, color or product, return/exchange will be free of charge.

Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging.

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value.
